Refund policy

At Gloud Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality training and ensuring a transparent learning experience for all our students. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted. 

1. Eligibility for Refund 

Refunds are applicable only under specific conditions. A student may request a refund if: 

  • The request is made within 3 days of enrollment  
  • The student has not attended more than 2 sessions/classes  
  • The course access has not been significantly utilized (including recorded content)  

Refund requests made beyond this period will not be considered. 

2. Non-Refundable Conditions 

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances: 

  • Change of mind after the refund eligibility period  
  • Failure to attend classes after enrollment  
  • Lack of time or personal commitments  
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations not aligning with course structure  
  • Discounted, offer-based, or scholarship enrollments  

3. Course Cancellation by Gloud Academy 

In rare situations where Gloud Academy cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances: 

  • Students will be eligible for a full refund, or  
  • They may opt to transfer enrollment to another batch or course  

4. Refund Process 

To initiate a refund request: 

  • Students must send an email to the official support email ID  
  • Include:  
  • Full Name  
  • Course Enrolled  
  • Date of Enrollment  
  • Reason for Refund  

Once the request is received and verified: 

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days  
  • The amount will be credited via the original payment method  

5. Payment Gateway Charges 

  • Any applicable payment gateway or transaction charges will be deducted from the refund amount  
  • Gloud Academy is not responsible for third-party processing fees  

6. Batch Transfer Policy (Alternative to Refund) 

Instead of a refund, students may request: 

  • Batch rescheduling (based on availability)  
  • Course transfer to another program  

This request must be made within the eligible period and is subject to approval. 

7. Policy Updates 

Gloud Academy reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with the updated effective date.
